With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Karmakar has led teams at Novick Biosciences, GVK Biosciences & Chembiotek Research, driving innovations in medicinal chemistry, process development & custom manufacturing. His expertise includes NCE synthesis, route scouting & production scale-up for global clients. He has also contributed to international publications, mentored Ph.D. students & fostered collaborations in the USA, UK, Italy & Australia.
Mr. Sanjay Ingle
Plant Head
Mr. Sanjay Ingle brings over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in API and formulation manufacturing. As Plant Head at Chemex Global, he leads operations with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Previously serving as Site Head and Vice President, Mr. Ingle has overseen global regulatory audits, implemented quality systems, and established advanced QC labs. His leadership plays a vital role in aligning Chemex Global’s operations with international standards and driving our expansion goals.
Mr. Animesh Roy
Deputy General Manager-Production
Mr. Roy is an accomplished chemical engineer with M.Tech. and B.Tech. degrees from the University of Calcutta. He has 18 years of expertise in his domain. Previously, he worked at the production facilities for Dabur Pharma and Fresenius Kabi Oncology. Currently, he is an esteemed production manager at Chemex Global.

Deputy General Manager (R &D)
Dr. Rajbangshi is a professional chemist with over a decade of industrial experience. He excels in product development, synthetic chemistry, R&D, and project management. His profile demonstrates a proven track record of leading impactful teams. Currently, he is serving as the Deputy General Manager (R&D) at Chemex Global.
Mr. Abhijit Kalita
Manager HR
With over 8 years of rich experience across the Service, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Admin sectors, Mr. Abhijit Kalita has been a driving force behind successful white & blue collar hirings, talent acquisition, and HR operations. From being a one-man HR & Admin team to supporting new plant setups, his journey reflects dedication, versatility, and hands-on leadership. Currently, he is serving as the HR Manager at Chemex Global, where he continues to contribute his expertise and leadership to the company’s growth.
Mr. Santosh S. Hindurao
Quality Head
Mr. Santosh S. Hindurao is a Quality Assurance professional with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory compliance. He is a Chemistry graduate from Mumbai University and holds a Diploma in Drug Regulatory Affairs from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. His experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing GMP compliance, audits, and documentation. As a member of the Chemex Global team, he plays a key role in strengthening quality assurance practices and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations.
Mr. Mohhan R. Nadar
GM - Business Development and Sales (Global)
Mohhan R. Nadar brings over 24 years of experience in Sales and Marketing across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. He holds a B.Sc., an MBA, and postgraduate qualifications in Mass Communication, Journalism, and Ancient Indian Studies. He has held senior leadership roles including General Manager – Sales & Marketing and has led international sales operations across South East Asia, South Asia, Korea, and Europe. As part of the Chemex Global leadership team, he contributes to driving sales growth, strengthening marketing strategy, and expanding international business.
