With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Karmakar has led teams at Novick Biosciences, GVK Biosciences & Chembiotek Research, driving innovations in medicinal chemistry, process development & custom manufacturing. His expertise includes NCE synthesis, route scouting & production scale-up for global clients. He has also contributed to international publications, mentored Ph.D. students & fostered collaborations in the USA, UK & Italy.
Mr Panchal
Plant Head
Mr Panchal has 29 years of experience in API manufacturing, specialising in both sterile and non-sterile processes. Previously, he served as AGM Manufacturing and Plant Head at Baxter Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw four production units and excelled in production planning, yield optimisation, and quality documentation. Currently, he is the Plant Head at Chemex Global.
Animesh Roy
Deputy General Manager-Production
Mr. Roy is an accomplished chemical engineer with M.Tech. and B.Tech. degrees from the University of Calcutta. He has 18 years of expertise in his domain. Previously, he worked at the production facilities for Dabur Pharma and Fresenius Kabi Oncology. Currently, he is an esteemed production manager at Chemex Global.
