Code of Conduct applies to all employees, including management, staff, contractors, and consultants working within the pharmaceutical industry. It covers all aspects of employee conduct, both within the workplace and in external interactions related to the business. So, Code of Conduct applies to all levels of the organisation and is binding on all employees, regardless of their role or position.
