We, at CHEMEX GLOBAL Manufacturing Bulk Drug/ API and Pharma Intermediate products are committed to foster a safer, healthier and cleaner environment by implementing our SHE policy. Safety is of utmost priority to us and with continual improvement we will achieve excellence in facilitating Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policy by::
- Providing healthy & safe work place free from injury and ill health to all our associates by monitoring control and upgrading technology for elimination of potential injuries, ill-health, accidents, occupational health hazards, and environment risks.
- Reducing waste generation and optimising consumption of natural State of the art ETP and STP operation involving advanced oxidation and SBT technology associated with Stripper, MVR– Evaporator system and RDRO to achieve ZLD requirement.
- Being compliant to all applicable SHE legislation and regulations.
- Following SHE system, procedure and protocols for achievement of objectives.
- Training, educating, and motivating all associates to follow safety guidelines, and make them responsible for developing and sustaining positive safety culture.
- Considering the health and safety performance of individuals at different levels while considering their career advancement.
